What we do with your data.

Your loads and your margins are the most commercially sensitive thing a small carrier has. Here is exactly what is stored, who can see it, and what leaves our system.

What is stored

• Your account: email address, your name and your company name.
• Your cost numbers: diesel price, MPG, insurance, the truck payment, maintenance, load boards, factoring, driver pay, the dispatcher percentages and your tax set-aside.
• Your loads: pickup and delivery, miles, deadhead, what the broker paid, and what each one worked out to.
• Your brokers: company, MC and DOT numbers, phone, address and the contact named on a load. Almost all of it read off the paperwork rather than typed.
• Documents you upload: the rate confirmations themselves, kept filed against their load.
• Your trucks: their own cost numbers, and a location pin used to work out deadhead.
• Sign-in: sessions, passkeys if you set one up, and a log of sign-in attempts to stop somebody brute-forcing your account.
• If you turn on notifications: the push subscription your phone hands us.

Who can see it

Every row in the database carries a carrier ID, and a query that reaches a carrier-owned table without naming it fails the build. That is not a promise about intentions, it is a check that runs before any code ships.

Your dispatcher sees a deliberately smaller picture. They see the load, the miles, the deadhead, the rate per mile and a green, amber or red verdict. They do not see your cost per mile, your margin, your settings or the dollars you keep.

We can see your data, because somebody has to be able to fix a broken account. We look when you ask us to, or when something is failing and we are trying to find out why.

The four outside companies, and what each one gets

• Cloudflare hosts the app and the database, and both live on their network. They also count page visits on this marketing site, without cookies and without following anyone around the web.
• Anthropic reads your rate confirmations. When you upload one, the document goes to their model to have the load number, broker, MC number and contact pulled out of it, and the answer comes back to us. It is not used to train anything.
• Google works out the miles. Pickup and delivery locations are sent to Google Maps to get the distance and the deadhead. They get the addresses on the load, not your rate and not your costs.
• Resend sends the email. They get your email address and the message itself.

Nobody else. No advertising networks, no analytics that build a profile, no data brokers.

This marketing site

This page counts a visit and whether somebody tapped a Start button, under a random ID kept only for the length of the browser session. It is not tied to a person, it does not follow you to other sites, and it has no advertising cookie in it.

Getting your data out, or deleted

• Out: loads, books and pay history all download as spreadsheets from inside the app, at any time, on any plan, including after a subscription ends.
• Deleted: ask and we will delete your account and everything in it. Tell us through the feedback button in the app or by replying to any email we have sent you.

Changes to this page

If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. If it ever changes in a way that matters, you will get an email about it rather than a quietly updated page.
